I was recommended a hot stone massage to treat the deepest knots in my shoulder which were steadily getting worse with use. I was amazed at how quickly my muscles were relaxing back into shape. The hard stones push firmly and massaged deep into the muscle slowly emitting warmth which causes you to relax even more... It was great, I had complete mobility back in my shoulder immediately. I would definitely recommend this treatment for any aches or injuries.

Karen was fantastic, personable and professional. She was very welcoming and showed me the equipment and we talked about what I wanted from the treatment. The massage itself was almost hypnotic, Karen was careful to gauge how sensitive I was to the heat (It was fine) then worked very methodically treating all the muscles in my back with the different size stones.
